General

GWFC Chaplaincy Incorporated (ABN 87 467 871 719) is an incorporated association and is registered as a charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC). Under the National School Chaplaincy Program, GWFC Chaplaincy is a NSW Department of Education approved chaplaincy provider for NSW. 

GWFC Chaplaincy Incorporated is a ministry of Greater West for Christ. Greater West for Christ is a regional ministry within the Baptist Association of NSW and ACT (Legal entity name: Baptist Union of NSW). 

Donations

Donations over $2 are tax deductible. Tax deductible donations are made to the Baptist Union of NSW Youth Ministries Tax Deductible Fund (ABN 24 667 010 612) and may be donated for chaplaincy at specific schools or childcare centres, or to the overall running costs of GWFC Chaplaincy. 

Credit card donations are received via the Giveway portal. We do not capture or store your credit card details, only the authority from our bank that your credit card payment has been approved. If you authorise a recurring donation, your credit card details are stored by our payment processor in accordance with payment card industry standards.

Your Privacy

Your privacy is important, and how we collect, hold, use and disclose information about you is important to us. 

The purpose of collecting, holding, using and disclosing the information is to fulfil the ministry and administrative functions of GWFC Chaplaincy. We may also collect your information to administer your registration for any events you may attend, to contact you, to sign you up to our newsletters and invite you to events. We may communicate with you for these purposes by email or mail which you can unsubscribe to at any time by emailing us at chaplaincy@gwfc.com.au. 

We may share the information collected with our employees, contractors who perform tasks directly on our behalf (e.g. mailing houses), auditors and anyone to whom we are required by law.
